Waste incineration power generation is a new way of waste treatment in China in recent years. At present, the main stream of waste incineration plant flue gas treatment deacidification process is rotary atomizer semi-dry process, through which lime slurry is sprayed into the rotary atomizer for deacidification. The process has high deacidification efficiency, but the cost of investment and maintenance is also high. The atomizer needs to be cleaned and replaced frequently. In recent years, a new semi-dry process has emerged in domestic refuse incineration plants. Among them, CFB and fixed nozzle flue gas deacidification process are the most representative ones.
Incinerator
The process of flue gas deacidification and purification with circulating fluidized bed of incinerator is characterized by mature technology, simple equipment and reliable operation, easy recovery and utilization of byproducts, and no sewage discharge. The deacidifier uses commercial lime powder to remove HCl, SOx and other acidic gases from boiler flue gas. Activated carbon is used as adsorbent to remove dioxins, heavy metals and other harmful substances from boiler flue gas.
The process water is injected into the lower part of the absorption tower with nozzles to increase the humidity of the flue gas and reduce the flue gas temperature, so that the reaction temperature is as close as possible to the dew point temperature, thus improving the deacidification efficiency. Reaction products are carried out from the upper part of the absorption tower by flue gas and separated by a dust collector. Most of the solid ash separated is sent back to the absorption tower of the circulating bed through an air inclined trough, and a few solids are sent to the deacidification ash depot through pneumatic conveying equipment. The ash circulation can be adjusted according to the load. The high-speed flue gas formed in the shrinkage zone is rapidly mixed with circulating ash, solid particles of deacidifier and liquid droplets, and a gas-solid-liquid three-phase flow is formed in the reactor. Recycling of absorbent prolongs the deacidification reaction time and improves the utilization ratio of deacidifier. The flue gas purified by the dust collector is sent to the chimney by the fan. A return flue is drawn from the outlet flue of the fan and connected to the front flue of the reactor entrance. A baffle door is set up to regulate the flue gas flow into the reactor to ensure the stability of the fluidized bed at low load operation of the boiler.
