Rotary kiln components:
The equipment consists of cylinder body, wheel belt, supporting wheel, retaining wheel, transmission device, sealing device and cooling device (multi-cylinder cooler, etc.). There are bricklaying rings in the cylinder body, firebrick lining, and material retaining rings in the cold end; chains and other hot metal exchangers or slurry evaporators are also hung in the cold end of the wet kiln; furnaces are installed at the end of the kiln. Grate heater; suspension preheater kiln tail is equipped with suspension preheating device; vertical drum preheater kiln is also equipped with blanking tongue, other kiln types are equipped with blanking device. A manhole door is opened on the cylinder body and a reinforcement ring is welded to increase the stiffness of the kiln body. The hot end of the kiln is connected with a fire cover. The kiln head is provided with a pulverized coal combustion device, and the cold end is connected with the smoke chamber.
